R. E. Broocker Co., Inc. has been painting and waterproofing Homeowners Associations throughout the Bay Area since 1972 and value our relationships with Property Managers and Property Owners. We specialize in exterior painting of H.O.A.’s of all sizes and interior painting of Lobbies, Hallways, Laundry Rooms and Recreation Rooms.

We recognize that each property has unique circumstances and will provide value engineering based on your specific needs. To enhance your associations curb appeal, our contracts include color consultation, color renderings and color sample application. We will work with the Board of Directors, Property Manager or selected Color Committee to assist in choosing a new or revised color palette.

Each project is managed by one of our experienced Project Managers and supervised by an on-site Foreman who is available for residents to contact with questions or concerns. Our goal is to handle all the daily details so you don’t have to. We are able to provide this level of service simply because our long tenured employees are skilled craftsmen who communicate clearly with everyone involved and are respectful to residents and their property. Our notification process is handled on site and gives residents ample time to prepare for the upcoming painting that will be performed on their home.

We accommodate residents by scheduling entry door painting on Saturdays for those that are not home during the week to have the door opened for painting. We understand that any construction project can be disruptive so we make it a priority to alleviate as much inconvenience to the residents as possible. The on-site work flow is scheduled progressively to allow completion of the painting cycle by sections to limit the amount of time each resident is affected. At the completion of the project, an on-site walk-through, touch-up painting and final touches will have been performed. Every job is left clean and neat.
