The Bid
Our detailed proposals lay out your unique scope of work, step by step. We understand that the bid process can be overwhelming and confusing. That's why we take the time to ensure our clients understand each step of the process. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, we work closely with you to make sure your painting needs are met.
We provide all the labor and materials needed to perform every job and our contracts include color consultation and color sample application on your building.
No matter if you are painting a home, plaza, commercial building, warehouse, apartment community, H.O.A., or industrial complex, you will get a quality job completed on time and on budget!
The Preparation
A quality paint job starts long before our first brush stroke. Preparation is key and our team takes this process seriously.
For exterior paint jobs, we begin by power washing to remove old paint, dirt, mildew, and debris that could compromise your new paint job. Meticulously scraping and sanding any surfaces that require it, we apply caulking around trim surfaces to ensure a sound, protected surface. Primers are applied when and where necessary and depending on the existing surface condition, we may apply 1-2 coats of paint to ensure a smooth, even finish.
For interior paint jobs, we wash surfaces as needed with TSP to remove contaminates and scrape any peeling paint. Our team takes great care to fill holes, patch cracks, re-texture where needed, sand surfaces to dull existing sheen, and apply caulking where necessary. To ensure the safety of your property, all the floors and furniture are covered and unpainted areas are masked off to protect from paint drips or splatter. Once we’re done, we get to priming and painting.
Job Site Safety
We understand the importance of job site safety, that's why we prioritize safety on every project, from start to finish.
We prioritize the protection of your property and belongings during our painting process. Our team takes special care to cover your cars, furniture, and interior floors, as well as any surrounding plantings and landscaping. To ensure a safe and clean job site, we utilize lightweight, breathable mesh drop cloths and safety cones around our equipment.
Additionally, our employees undergo ongoing safety training to maintain a safe working environment. Our team is trained and certified in the latest safety protocols and we adhere to all relevant OSHA regulations to ensure that our job sites are safe for our workers and everyone around them.
At the end of each day, we leave the job site tidy and free of any mess, so you can have peace of mind knowing your property is in good hands.
Resident Notification
As professional painters, we understand the importance of clear communication with all parties involved, including facilities managers, property managers, and board members.
Our commitment to clear communication extends to even the residents! To minimize the inconvenience of a painting project we provide clear notices and complete the work in phased installments. Our progressive onsite workflow limits the amount of time each resident is affected.
Additionally, each project has an onsite Foreman who is available for residents to contact directly with questions or concerns. Rest assured that the Foreman will be on the job at all times, overseeing every step of the process and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone involved.
Once we start a job, we don’t leave until the job has been completed. We take our schedule and your time seriously, we are committed to staying on schedule and within budget.
The Finishing Touches

After the completion of each job, we conduct a thorough final walk-through with the client to ensure complete satisfaction. We address any necessary touch-ups or final touches to guarantee that the finished product meets or exceeds your expectations.
We're so confident in the quality of our work that we offer warranties on all our services. Our standard warranty for 1-coat exterior applications covers wood surfaces for 4 years and stucco surfaces for 6 years. For multiple coatings and elastomeric coatings, we offer extended warranties.
